Variety description

The variety is a compact deciduous vine that reaches a height of 1.5–3 to 5–6 meters depending on conditions and training. The plant has compound dark green imparipinnate leaves with a smooth surface, consisting of 7–11 leaflets.
Flowering occurs in summer, in the period from June to September. The flowers have a tubular shape, bright red color inside and orange shades outside, gathered in inflorescences. The variety is recommended for small gardens, container cultivation, or training as a small tree.
The plant prefers sunny sites with well-drained, humus-rich soils. To maintain a compact shape and stimulate abundant flowering, it is recommended to perform annual pruning in late winter. Winter hardiness varies in a wide range from -15°C to -26°C.
