The variety was obtained by crossing the SCDA Secuieni line and the local De Arieș population. The plant is short, with stem height reaching 2.0–2.5 m when grown for fiber, and up to 3.5 m for seed. The variety is characterized by high adaptability and responsiveness to nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizers.

Seed productivity is 500–1500 kg/ha, technical fiber content in stems is estimated at 28%, and stem yield is 7.8–8.5 t/ha. THC content complies with EU standards for industrial hemp. The monoecious nature of the crop allows the use of grain combines for harvesting.
