Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the 'kapia' type. The fruits are large, flattened, with one slightly curved tip, 12–15 cm long and about 5.5 cm wide. The flesh thickness is 4–6 mm, the average fruit weight is about 100 g, and the weight of the first fruits can reach 250 g. At technical maturity, the fruits are dark green, and at full maturity, they are intensely red.

The produce is distinguished by a high content of calcium pectates, which prevents caramelization and color loss during thermal processing. The variety is susceptible to bacterial spot. Under commercial conditions, a planting density of about 8 plants per 1 m² is recommended.
