The plant is bushy, with a height varying from 30–40 cm to 80–100 cm. The fruits are ribbon-like, thin, slightly curved, 7–15 cm long and 1.5–2.5 cm in diameter. At technical maturity, the fruits are light green; at biological maturity, they are bright red, sometimes with purple shades.

The variety is early or mid-early; technical maturity occurs 70–80 days after transplanting. The fruits have tender flesh, a fruity aroma, and a mild taste with slight pungency (up to 500 Scoville heat units). The variety is tolerant to low temperatures and is characterized by high yield.

The fruits have versatile uses: suitable for pickling whole in vinegar or oil, stuffing, grilling, drying, and fresh consumption.
