The plant is an annual herbaceous crop characterized by active vegetative development. The fruits are triangular or conical in shape, often referred to as a bird's beak, with a characteristically curved tip. The fruit length is 6–10 cm, with a diameter of 4–6 cm. At the stage of biological maturity, the skin acquires a rich dark red color and gloss, while the flesh remains firm, compact, and juicy with a small thickness.

The growing season lasts until November; the variety is considered early-maturing and resistant to environmental stress conditions. The fruits have a sweet taste with spicy notes and an absence of pronounced acidity. Traditionally, the peppers are roasted over an open flame, hand-peeled, and canned, which makes them suitable for stuffing and use as a side dish.
