The variety is mid-season, with a maturation period of about 90 days. The plant forms a compact dwarf-type bush with green leaves and white flowers. The fruit grows vertically upward and changes color from purple to bright red during maturation; its shape resembles a jester's cap.
The variety is classified as ornamental and is suitable for cultivation in containers, pots, on patios, and in small gardens. The fruit is edible, with a pungency reaching 5,000 SHU. Taste qualities are considered mediocre, so the pepper is more often used for drying or for decorative purposes.
