The variety is characterized by short internodes, which requires humidity and temperature control to prevent unwanted stem elongation. Seed germination is 85–95%, and the period until ready for transplanting after emergence takes from 21 to 28 days.
The optimal temperature range for cultivation is 21–23°C, with a permissible minimum of 18°C. When temperatures exceed 35°C, internode elongation is observed. The crop requires soil with good drainage and a pH level of 5.8–6.5, as well as a reduction in humidity to 70% after germination.
