The Hungarian-bred variety is characterized by an indeterminategrowth type and belongs to the mid-early maturity group. The fruits have a pendent position and reach 15–18 cm in length. The primary use of the plant is for the production of hot paprika.
The variety possesses high resistance to Tobacco mosaic virus (strains Tm:0, 1, 2) and intermediate resistance to Bacterial spot (Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria, races 0–3, 7, 8). The plant is susceptible to Cucumber mosaic virus.
