The variety forms large heads with a diameter of up to 45 cm. The leaves are finely incised; the outer ones are light green, and the inner ones form a dense and large white head. The leaves are characterized as fleshy, with wide flat central veins.
The plant is intended for cultivation in the autumn-winter period with the possibility of harvesting until May. The variety possesses high resistance to bolting and tolerates medium-low temperatures. It has a self-blanching ability; however, additional shading before harvest is recommended to improve flavor qualities.
