The variety belongs to the curly endive group and forms a semi-erect rosette with finely dissected light green leaves. In the center of the rosette, the leaves have a yellowish-white tint due to a natural blanching effect. According to test protocols, the plant has a small size and a very low ratio of petiole length to total leaf length.

The plant is intended for cultivation in open field and film greenhouses for fresh leaf production. The variety is distinguished by frost resistance and the ability to form up to 25 leaves per rosette. In cooking, it is used for salads and food presentation, possessing a characteristic spicy taste.
