The variety belongs to the Trés fine maraichére / Frisée group and forms a dense, rich-green leaf rosette. The plant possesses high resistance to marginal leaf necrosis that develops in hot weather, and medium resistance to premature bolting.

The variety requires timely harvesting. Due to its morphology and the tender texture of the blanched rosette, the plant is used for obtaining high-quality salad products.
