The variety belongs to the curly-leaf endive group. The plant has a conical rosette shape, and its leaves are distinguished by a very thin, curly structure.

The variety is intended for cultivation in the winter period and is characterized by its large size under winter cycle conditions. Agrotechnical features of the plant include the convenience of tying for blanching the inner part of the rosette.
