Variety description

The variety forms a leaf rosette 40–50 cm in height during the root crop growth period. The finished product consists of heavy, dense heads with a characteristic aroma and a slight bitterness in taste.

The plant is intended for traditional forcing using a soil covering layer about 15 cm thick. The cultivation cycle is two-stage: sowing in May in soil with a low nitrogen content and subsequent forcing of root crops in the dark in the period from December to March.
