The variety is open-pollinated (OP) and certified free from the use of cell fusion technology. The plant is characterized by a moderately vigorous leaf apparatus during the field period and forms dense, compact, and uniform heads.

The variety is mid-season and intended for forcing from mid-November to the end of January. The period from root harvesting to obtaining ready-for-market produce is approximately 25–30 days. Taste qualities of the produce are characterized as sweetish with a slight bitterness.
