Fiero F1 belongs to the Treviso type and forms vertically standing, dense, elongated heads approximately 15–18 cm in size. The outer leaves have an emerald-green color, while the inner ones are burgundy with contrasting bright white veins.

The growing period ranges from 66 to 85 days. The plant is characterized as high-yielding and bolting-resistant. The leaves are succulent, crunchy, and have a mild bitter taste. The variety has good keeping quality and is suitable for fresh consumption and use in salad mixes.
