The Dillon watermelon, also known as HA-5005, is a triploid hybrid. The fruits are characterized by a round or oval shape and a light green rind color with green stripes.
The fruit flesh is dark red, has a uniform structure, and a high degree of sweetness. The average weight of a single watermelon ranges from 8 to 9 kg.
