The Megacrimson F1 hybrid is classified as mid-season, maturing approximately 85 days after emergence. The plant is characterized by strong vines and medium to large sized leaves, which allows it to be grown in both open field and under plastic covers.

The fruits have a striped color, blocky-oval shape, and an average weight of 12–14 kg. The flesh is distinguished by a deep red color, a crunchy texture, and a high sugar content of 11.5% on the Brix scale. The hybrid possesses high productivity and fruit uniformity, as well as resistance to Fusarium wilt and anthracnose.
