Watermelon variety Triumph is intended for cultivation in open field. The plant is used in scientific research devoted to the study of fertilizer application efficiency and the production of polyploids.

Fruits are large, with a weight of 11–12 to 16 kg or more, having an elongated or elongated-blocky shape. Skin color is light green with dark green stripes. Flesh is deep red, sweet and crisp.

The variety possesses good drought tolerance and resistance to transportation. Data on maturity periods vary: publications contain information about a vegetation period from 80–85 to 90–95 days, which may indicate the presence of various hybrid forms under this name.
