The variety is a seedless watermelon. It is characterized by susceptibility to Verticillium wilt caused by Verticillium dahliae, which is why it is often used as a scion in experiments on the use of resistant rootstocks.

Externally, the fruits of the variety have a monochromatic pattern with veining and marbling. Studies of fruit composition when using various rootstocks show no significant differences in the content of total soluble solids and lycopene levels compared to non-grafted plants.
