Variety description

The plant forms dense clumps. The height ranges from 60 to 90 cm. The leaves are distinguished by a pronounced dark purple-green coloration, which maintains the ornamental value of the bush until the flowering period.

Inflorescences consist of bicolored red-yellow flowers that are tubular and slightly drooping in shape. Flowering occurs in August. The plant is suitable for cultivation in USDA hardiness zones 5a–9b, although depending on the region, covering or lifting the corms for the winter period may be required.

The variety is used in landscape design for creating borders, flower bed arrangements, and is suitable for cut flowers. The plant is susceptible to diseases common to the genus Crocosmia, including Fusarium wilt under conditions of excessive moisture.
