Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 60–90 cm including flower stalks. The flowers are tubular, of a bright orange-red shade with a yellow throat and burgundy speckles, gathered in arching inflorescences. Leaves are narrow, sword-shaped, and bright green in color.
The flowering of the variety lasts from July to September. The plant prefers well-drained soils and full sun or light partial shade. The variety is characterized by resistance to diseases, in particular to Verticillium wilt, and tolerance to soil salinity.
The variety is intended for creating garden massifs, borders, mixed borders, and cultivation in containers; it is also suitable for cutting and for forming dry bouquets from seed pods. In regions with a cold climate, the corms require digging up for the winter or reliable covering.
