Fruits are oval-shaped, medium to large in size, weighing from 1.8 to 3 kg. The rind has a characteristic wrinkled texture. The flesh is juicy, tender, sweet, white or light green in color. The variety is considered a vigorous and productive plant with medium-sized foliage, which protects the fruits from the sun.
Depending on the conditions, ripening occurs in the mid-season (80–85 days) or the variety exhibits late-maturing characteristics. The plant tolerates stressful growing conditions well and is suitable for both open field and greenhouses. This is a population variety, synonymous with Napoletano verde precoce.
