The variety is a netted melon with dense, salmon-colored flesh. The sugar content in the fruits is usually above 12° Brix, reaching values of 14–15°.

The fruits are characterized by good keeping quality and excellent resistance to transport. Under commercial cultivation conditions, the harvesting and marketing period ranges from the end of May to the end of September.
