The Boncanale F1 hybrid is a strong, balanced plant with an open bush type and dark green leaves. The variety uses Blueleaf technology, providing increased stress tolerance and retention of leaf color.

The fruits have a dark green color and an average length of 31 to 36 cm. The hybrid is intended for cultivation in heated greenhouses during the spring, summer, and autumn periods.

The plant possesses high resistance to Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus, Corynespora leaf spot, Cladosporium cucumerinum, and powdery mildew. Intermediate resistance is recorded to Cucumber mosaic virus and Cucumber vein yellowing virus.
