ActiveCucumis sativus L. · Cucumber
Monstanto Vegetable, NL

The Fembaby variety is mentioned in agronomic studies of the 1970s as a test subject at agricultural experimental stations. It was intended for greenhouse production and was tested for disease resistance, including powdery mildew.
During experimental trials in a controlled environment, the variety showed unstable results: fruit drop was observed after two harvests. For this reason, the variety was not recommended for further industrial use, and the breeding history of the subject is absent in available materials.
The variety is listed in the national registry — its seeds are authorized for sale in this country.
