The first-generation hybrid Grot F1 is characterized by high vigor and intensive lateral shoot formation. Female flowers predominate in flowering. The plant is intended for cultivation in the open field.

The fruits have a slender shape with a length-to-thickness ratio of 3:1, a blunt base, and light green skin with whitish stripes and medium-sized warts. The cucumbers are noted for their dense structure, are not prone to overgrowing, and are suitable for pickling and marinating.

The variety possesses high resistance to cucumber scab and high tolerance to downy mildew. Due to these qualities, it is suitable for cultivation with limited use of plant protection products.
