Grummel cucumber (or Grummel F1) is a greenhouse hybrid variety grown primarily on trellises. The fruits of the variety are distinguished by a uniform shape and stable dimensions, which helps reduce the amount of non-standard produce.

Successful cultivation requires monitoring of pH and EC indicators of the nutrient solution. During hot periods, increased irrigation frequency is required to avoid water stress in plants and prevent fruit set abortion. The harvest requires careful collection, cooling, and transportation to maintain marketability.
