The plant is medium-vined and vigorous; cultivation on a trellis or netting is recommended. The variety is characterized by a period from emergence to the start of fruiting of about 65–68 days. The fruits have a cylindrical shape, dark green color, white spines, and reach a length of 20–25 cm. The fruit surface varies from smooth to medium-tuberculate.
