Markus F1 belongs to early maturing hybrids. The fruits have an elongated cylindrical shape, a coarsely tuberculate surface, and a light green color with light stripes. The plant forms a large number of female flowers.

The variety has high resistance to cucumber scab and shows tolerance to powdery mildew. The fruits are genetically free of bitterness and are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for canning or pickling.

For optimal plant development, fertile, permeable, and well-warmed soils are required. It is recommended to place plantings in areas protected from the wind.
