The variety is a specialized oilseed pumpkin. Its main value lies in the dark green seeds, which do not have a hard shell and contain a high amount of oil and minerals. The fruit flesh can also be used for culinary processing.

The plant belongs to the vining, creeping type with moderately branched vines and developed tendrils. Fruits in technical maturity are green with white spotting; mature fruits have a round or oval shape, orange color with dark stripes or marbling, reaching a weight from 3–5 to 30 kg.

The variety is intended for cultivation in open field and is characterized as high-yielding.
