Opal F1 is an early-maturing hybrid with a ripening period of 30 to 45 days. The plant forms a compact bush that does not take up much space in the plot.

The fruits are cylindrical in shape with a smooth surface and a light green or light lime color. Fruit weight ranges from 300 g to 1.8 kg; the flesh is white, juicy, and has a tender texture.

The hybrid possesses cold tolerance, stable yield, and resistance to powdery mildew and anthracnose. The fruits are versatile in use: suitable for fresh consumption, culinary purposes, canning, and freezing.
