The Mobite variety belongs to late-maturing forms of cocksfoot, the heading of which occurs significantly later than early varieties. The plant's leaves are characterized by a light-green color and considerable width. The key morphological feature is the smooth surface of the leaves, which are devoid of siliceous teeth.
The variety is intended for the establishment of pastures and hayfields. Due to its late maturity, Mobite is optimal for inclusion in grass mixtures, including those with alfalfa, which allows for uniform distribution of the workload during harvest. When grown in mixed stands with early-maturing varieties, it may experience competition due to shading at the beginning of the season.
