The variety «Ohio» belongs to the group of low-growing decorative dahlias. The height of the bush is 20–30 cm. A characteristic feature of the representatives of the Dahlinova series is dense and small tubers, as well as abundant flowering with double inflorescences.

The plant has a compact habit, which determines its main purpose — use in container gardening and for border decoration.
