The variety is mid-season, with a development period from sowing to technical maturity of about 130 days. The root vegetables have a conical shape with a partially blunt tip and a slightly ribbed surface. The foliage is of medium vigor, with green leaves showing a purple tint; slowed growth is observed during the initial stages of development.
The plant has a pleasant sweet taste, and the coloration is due to a high anthocyanin content. The variety is suitable for storage and intended for organic vegetable growing. It is sensitive to bolting, which is why early sowing is not recommended, and cases of purely orange root vegetables may occur during cultivation.
The best results are achieved when sowing from mid-May in loose, well-prepared soils. In regions with harsh winters, the root vegetables require harvesting and storage in a cool place.
