The variety belongs to the Chantenay type and was classified as a hybrid in documentation from the late 1990s. According to the results of 1992 trials, the roots were characterized as uniform in size, with a significant portion of marketable produce measuring slightly over 15 cm in length.
This carrot variety is intended for main season sowing. During comparative trials in 1992, infection of a portion of the yield with leaf blight was recorded at a level of about 16%.
