Variety description

The plant forms compact bushes or mats about 15 cm tall. Leaves are fleshy, cylindrical, dark green with a burgundy or reddish tint. Flowering begins in late spring and continues until October; flowers have a "daisy-like" shape, red petals, and a yellow center.
The variety is intended for landscaping, container gardening, rock gardens, retaining walls, and green roofs. The plant is characterized by high resistance to heat, drought, and humidity; it does not require a cooling period for flowering. It prefers sunny locations and well-drained soils.
