The variety is a perennial, strongly tillering grass. The plant possesses high ecological plasticity, tolerates acidic soils well, and is capable of growing in conditions of insufficient sunlight and high humidity.

The variety is intended for ornamental and functional landscaping. It is used for creating lawns in shaded places under tree canopies or around buildings, as well as in park zones and grass mixtures for areas with low maintenance intensity.
