The plant forms dense clumps 25–35 cm in width. The foliage is narrow, glaucous-green in color, and persists during the winter period. The flowers, approximately 5 cm in diameter, have serrated petal edges and possess a distinct spicy fragrance.
Flowering occurs in late spring and early summer; a second wave is possible in early autumn if faded inflorescences are removed. The variety is drought-tolerant and prefers full sun and well-drained soils. USDA hardiness zones: 4–9.
The plant is used in landscape design for edging, alpine gardens, rock gardens, and creating groundcover massifs; it is also suitable for container cultivation. The flowers are suitable for cutting in small arrangements.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
