The variety belongs to the perpetual-flowering carnation group. During the hybridization process conducted in 1977, dark pink and purple seedlings were used.

The flowers of the variety are fully double, colored purple, and their diameter is 55 mm. The petals have entire edges, and there is no fragrance.
