Variety description

The plant is a compact perennial about 30 cm tall with greyish foliage characteristic of the species. Single flowers 3 cm in diameter have wide petals with a serrated edge. The color of the petals varies from dark cherry to purple with bright pink accents.

The variety is winter hardy and prefers well-drained substrates with moderate moisture. It requires soil with a pH level of 5.0 to 5.5 and minimal fertilization. Like other representatives of the genus, it may be susceptible to grey mold.

The plant is suitable for decorative use in gardening, including cultivation in pots and in open field conditions.
