The plant forms a compact cushion-shaped bush 15–20 cm in height and 40–45 cm in width. The foliage has a characteristic glaucous-blue shade that maintains its ornamental quality outside the flowering period. Flowers are solitary, bright pink with a red eye in the center and serrated petal edges, and possess a fragrance.
The variety is early-flowering; a second wave of flowering is possible in early autumn with timely pruning. The plant possesses high winter hardiness (USDA zones 4–9) and increased heat and drought tolerance. It is resistant to lodging and diseases provided there is good drainage.
Used for creating borders, edging pathways, rock gardens, mass plantings, or cultivation in containers. Not intended for commercial cut flowers.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
