The variety Paco is a hybrid of Dieffenbachia Orosi and a seedling from a cross between the varieties Dieffenbachia Mars and Wilson’s Delight. The plant possesses a compact habit with a maximum height of approximately 60 cm, while at the age of 48–54 weeks the height is 14–17 cm and the width is 37–43 cm.

The leaves are dense, dark green in color (RHS code 137A) with white or yellowish spotting. The petioles are winged, curved, and have a spotted coloration. The variety is characterized by a strong stem and resistance to high planting density, and is well-suited for cultivation in pots.
