The plant has narrow, long, dark green leaves, sometimes with a yellow margin. The variety differs from wild species by its more compact and structured form. In indoor conditions, the height of the plant usually varies from 0.7 to 2.4 meters.

This variety is characterized by a moderate growth rate and high adaptability to lighting, tolerating conditions from bright indirect light to partial shade. The plant is considered low-maintenance, however, it is sensitive to waterlogging of the soil, which can cause root rot, and infestation by pests such as spider mites, scale insects, and mealybugs.
