The Epidendrum «Ballerina Fireball» variety belongs to the group of «reed» orchids with upright stems and narrow leaves. The plant is characterized by bright, saturated red flowers, the size of which exceeds that of many Epidendrum species.

With proper care, the variety is capable of maintaining flowering for a significant part of the year, up to 9 months. The crop is used as a decorative potted plant and requires conditions with bright diffused light and high-quality drainage.
