Plants of this group have long, reed-like stems resembling cane. Flowers are collected in dense raceme inflorescences, which are characterized by color brightness. Hybrids are obtained based on such species as Epidendrum radicans or Epidendrum ibaguense.
Plant height can reach average values, a figure of up to 50 cm is often indicated, however, growth parameters depend on keeping conditions. Specific agronomic characteristics, such as disease resistance, are not documented in literature.
