Variety description

Evergreen shrub with a height of 1 to 2 meters, sometimes more compact forms up to 0.7 m occur. Young shoots have a red hue. Leaves are glossy, elliptical in shape, with a serrated edge; upon opening they are reddish, later yellowing, and eventually acquiring a mid-green color.
Flowering occurs from mid- to late summer and is accompanied by the formation of dense paniculate inflorescences of tubular pink flowers. The plant possesses conditional winter hardiness (withstands temperatures down to -5...-10°C) and shows resistance to drought conditions after the rooting period.
The variety is intended for ornamental gardening, including the creation of hedges, borders, as well as solitary or group plantings. It is recommended to plant in sunny areas protected from cold winds, in well-drained slightly acidic or neutral soil.
