Variety description

The plant is an evergreen or semi-evergreen shrub with a dense, upright growth habit. The main decorative feature is the variegated golden-yellow leaves with dark green spots or mottling in the center.
The flowers are tubular, carmine-pink in hue, possess a light fragrance, and are gathered in inflorescences. The flowering period occurs in the summer months from July to September. At maturity, the shrub reaches a height and width of 1.5–2.5 meters.
The variety is used in landscape design for creating hedges or as a specimen plant, distinguished by its tolerance to coastal conditions and salt-laden winds. It is relatively winter-hardy, withstanding temperature drops down to -5...-10°C, while attracting pollinating insects.
