Variety description

The variety is a compact, densely branched shrub reaching a height of 2 to 4 meters, up to a maximum of 6 meters. Young leaves are rounded and have a silvery-blue or blue-green hue, while adult leaves are narrow, lanceolate, and sickle-shaped, possessing a menthol aroma. Young branches are red-brown in color.

The plant is a fast-growing species but responds well to formative pruning, which allows for control of the habit and stimulates the appearance of bright juvenile foliage. The variety prefers sunny, wind-protected locations with well-drained soil. The plant possesses drought tolerance and high resistance to diseases and pests.

The frost resistance of the variety varies between -10 °C and -18 °C. In regions with severe winters, container cultivation with the ability to move the plant to a bright room during the cold period or the use of protective covers is recommended.
