The GSALMAKA variety (trade name Aloha Lily Tiki) is a plant with an upright bush habit and inflorescences characteristic of Eucomis, resembling a pineapple with a tuft of bracts. The leaves have a variegated coloration, and the flowers vary from light to dark burgundy shades.
The plant is intended for pot culture, border landscaping, and small flower beds. The variety requires well-drained soils and is sensitive to waterlogging, which may cause bulb rot. In regions with a cold climate, the plant is not winter-hardy and requires indoor winter storage.
