The variety belongs to the Gutbier series and is characterized by the red color of its bracts. Its key feature is the ability to branch intensively, which in early studies was associated with the presence of phytoplasma agents transmitted via grafting and was lost when propagated using in vitro tissue culture methods.
Compared to modern breeding achievements, the variety has low keeping quality. Specific data on the maturity group, exact plant height, as well as indicators of resistance to diseases and lodging, are absent in available publications.
